Called to get some information to see about becoming a patient at Town Creek. I wanted to check that my insurance was accepted and received a surprising and rude response. Upon asking about my insurance plan I was told, "Well... that's a bad dental plan. But we have some people on it". That told me all I needed to know. Not going to a dentist who cannot be more professional to their potential customers.
