I only wish there was a ZERO option. My flight home left early, so I had to drop the car off at 4:30am. I called to make sure their 'shuttle' would be there. They said "Ma'am, the office is closed at that time and you are not allowed to return a car after hours. If you do, you will be held responsible for the car and you will be fined. I don't know how much. Leave it in long term parking and you will have to pay to have it towed back to the office". I told them that my plane leaves then. They replied, "Ma'am, we have no other information on how to return a vehicle after hours. You must return it during business hours.
