Texas Roadhouse

Great steaks, food, service, every time. Most recently my family of four went on a Saturday around 5:00 and it was so packed people were standing outside and they had run out of pagers. We were seated in 30 min, faster than we were told, and everything went smoothly from there. A full house didn't mean slow or sloppy service either. Food came out quicker than I expected, steaks were cooked right, and we left fat and happy. My kids love it too. This is the only steakhouse we even consider, and is one of our overall favorite restaurants in the Tri Cities. It's obvious that they are under excellent management b/c it shows.
