Been a client for over 3 years and just wanted to tell about a great customer service experience that I've had. I get emailed daily a report on if our server’s backups are successful or have failed. Travis has taken a proactive response to any failures that have been reported and emailed me and told me why the report shows any failures and what they are doing to correct the problem.
