Super 8 by Wyndham Downtown Gatlinburg at Convention Center

Stayed 4/28/18. Booked this hotel spur of the moment. It was worth its price. It was quiet and we had no problems sleeping through the night. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our credit card being charged twice for the room (they said a possible mistake from our online booking crossing over into their system.) However, as promised he got the money put back on my card in 24 hrs. Which, was amazing because in the past, things like that can take several days to a week. The room was clean and had some recent updates. Its not a luxury hotel but for the price it was worth it. Based on this stay I would book again.

It needs to be said that the location of this motel is great. But this property needs a lot of work. The beds are uncomfortable beyond words. They are the old spring mattresses. Also the bathroom was dated and in disrepair. Cigarette smoke and burns were everywhere throughout the room. I could go on but you get the point. Considering the price and the condition it's a must avoid kind of motel!
