Sundowner of Tennessee

I came from Knoxville with my friend on a Saturday afternoon ready to buy a horse trailer. Gary was in his office listening to the vols game on the radio. He took my friend and I out to see the trailer and hustled us around it as fast as he possibly could. It was obvious he wanted to get back to his office and the game. I had a trailer to trade in. He said he’d work up an offer and call me. He did not offer to work up the deal right then...... I did not hear from him for days. Finally, I started calling him. It took me 6 phone calls to get him to call me back! By that time, I would t have done business with him if he had the last horse trailer on earth! I am a small business owner. If I treated my people this way, I’d starve to death!

Young Lady in parts was beyond helpful. Patient and kind that means alot!
