Had service scheduled for 8-12 time frame. I called to confirm, and they stated that the tech didn't even start their day until 9... So I called back at 9 and was told my tech would arrive closer to the 12 o'clock estimate and I would receive a 30 minute advance notice before their arrival, which was fine. However I did not receive a call and by 11:30 I called them back with no answer. The next I heard from them was when I received a call at 1:40 from their office letting me know the tech is behind schedule. Why on earth would you call me at 1:40 to let me know my tech is running late that was suppose to arrive between 8-12? Had I received that call at 11 or 11:30, sure, but not an hour and 40 minutes passed my scheduled time. Horrible experience and I cancelled my scheduled service and will gladly wait a bit longer if it means supporting an alternate business.
