Steak 'n Shake

On the door and the windows it says open 24/7. This is definitely not true. They are no longer open 24/7 like they use to be. Tried to go about 2 weeks ago 3 different times in the middle of the night. They were closed! Wasted my time and gas driving there.

It is time to boycott this location. They're always slow but it is tolerated because of the freshness. However, I came to this location and nobody ever acknowledged our presence in the drive thru. Employees seen inside and some walked outside but nobody acted as if we were there. The service has gotten progressively worse and now straight up ignoring us. Not another dime spent here by me or mine.
