Our server was very sweet & running around doing 10 different jobs because they were so understaffed. I felt terrible for her, but the food was good. However, we had to wait in a line for 20 minutes just to pay for our meal & then we waited another 30 minutes on 3 kid's shakes & 1 adult. I might be willing to eat here again if they hired some reliable help. I never once saw a manager (that I know of) and no one offered a discount or anything for such a long wait or even apologized, except for our server.
