When I can get my coffee quicker than I can and heated muffin because the gentleman heating them up and is more busy clowning around on his headphones with the person working drive thru, it's a huge shame. And then the same clown hands it to the wrong customer while he's still giggling on the headphones to the person at drive-thru. There is nothing wrong with having a good time at work, but when it causes issues with customer service quality then something needs to be done about it

Get ignored until you are standing in the proper place to order. Enjoy your alloted 7 seconds of eye contact while ordering. Pay $5.00 for the small size. Wait for someone to bark out your name and schlep your drink across the counter without looking up. Then drink your 3 ounces of beverage that you manage to coax off the plentiful ice cubes. Why is this a thing?
