Special Operations Equipment (SOE)

I have been waiting a year and 3 months for my order. When I ask about it, Amanda says "I'll check on the status for you". After 3 more emails asking for an update I still have no reply. This company is into me for a few hundred dollars, don't let it happen to you. If they make it right, I will change my opinion, but that's a big IF. I have been patient and polite thus far, but I need a result. I have waited long enough. Order # is 86072 under Michael Shuler. Thanks for responding.
