I came into the office because of a wisdom tooth that was coming in. The dental hygienist was friendly but I never saw the dentist even though I mentioned wanting to discuss future dental work. After spending almost $100 for a x ray and the office visit I went to a oral surgeon for a consultation only to find out that the x ray that I had paid for at Smile Gallery was unusable as it didn't even show the full wisdom tooth but instead the 3 teeth in front of it. Because of this I had to have the x rays retaken at the oral surgeons office. This would not be a huge deal if I had dental insurance but considering I have to pay everything out of pocket I feel my trip to this office was a waste of money. I have never went to a dentist and not seen the dentist before leaving. I had planned to schedule a appointment for my husband and child to come in for cleanings as we have been looking for a dentist in the area but unfortunately will not be returning to Smile Gallery.

I have trusted Dr. Chad Williams with all of my dental care needs for 11+ years. Dr. Williams is always professional, caring, kind, and sometimes witty. It is those qualities that helps me feel at ease with whatever dental procedure I may need done. Dr. Williams recommends that I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and get ex-ray's of them yearly. I am very happy to say that I haven't had any cavities for several years, because I follow his advice with regular cleanings, brushing and flossing. Dr. Chad Williams and his staff are fantastic!
