My first initial visit when purchasing the unit was pleasant. I moved to Atlanta and came back 2 weeks and 4 days after purchasing my unit and was unable to access my personal belongings. I was told I had to pay more money on top of what I already paid to access my unit after being told that my first month would be free by an employee Ashley. It even has a big sign in there front yard that the first FULL moth would be free. This is a lie. Had I known that the company is money hungry and doesn’t care about people’s things or money I would have made another decision. After getting your unit don’t bother calling about any issues. You can only leave voicemails and pray someone calls you back.
