Sears Hometown Store

This location sucks Tereasa is rude and in helpful refused a return on craftsman when the reciept was provided and it was within 30days of purchase date. Full packaging and product was provided but she refused the return and told my friends to return to store of purchase that was on other side of the state. Not happy as all of us have used both sears and craftsman for years because of their return and gaurntee policy. Now that we have moved and relocated this one stores wants to be difficult. Not happy and most likely will not use either craftsman nor sears again.
