When I worked at sears around 10 years ago customer service was a top priority. It’s seems now they couldn’t careless. That’s probably why they are slowing going out of business. We bought a new dryer and it never worked after it was installed. It has been a nightmare trying to get them to send a replacement. We are two weeks in and still no replacement. Side note the delivery crew that came out twice so far is great!
