I'm only giving this place one star because I can't give negative stars. I bought eyelash extensions plus a refill, but she couldn't fit me in for a refill when the time came. Instead of refunding me for the refill portion, she basically said tough luck and it wasn't her problem. The staff was very rude and the whole thing was a terrible experience! I would rather deal with Comcast customer service than this place! Not mention the salon looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years!
