Bakery staff rude. Tried to order cake & staff was rude. Gave benefit of doubt, that they were maybe busy. When called to verify my order & pick up date, the rude person would not verify my order. Kept saying if you ordered it will be ready. Two rude episodes back to back. I called back to cancel & they would not pick up phone in bakery & it transferred to customer service. Again, RUDE!!! The person who answered was courteous, but when she tried to give me to the manager, I could hear the manager in the background saying Just take her name and number and take over to the bakery to let them know to cancel. The nice employee was trying to explain situation, and she got rude with her. I use to always get cakes here, but lately their customer SERVICE STINKS at Covington Pike. No cake is that good for such rudeness......

The store was cleane and the staff was courteous.. I love shopping at the store.
