This is a terrible doctor. He might be good for treating simple things like acid reflux, but if you are having serious GI problems....please don't go to this doctor. He claims to specialize in Crohn's and Colitis, but he DOES NOT! I nearly died while under his care. Had major problems that went undiagnosed and developed a terrible infection that almost killed me. Luckily, I found a qualified doctor (not in Dyersburg) and was able to get the treatment that I needed. Dr. Lomas always treated me with such disrespect and claimed that I was depressed and told me that was my main problem. I was depressed because I was terribly ill and my doctor wouldn't listen to anything I was saying. He is not only a terrible doctor, but an awful person as well. I have no respect for this man. This rating scale makes you give at least one star...but if were up to me, he would have a negative number of stars.
