We were excited to find a new furniture source for our multiple properties. The salesperson seemed to know his inventory well. But the delivery is a nightmare. Scheduling insists on a 4 hour window and the request for a phone call 30 min prior is totally and habitually ignored. After promising to wait for us, we tore ourselves away from what we were doing and drove 20 min to get there only to find no one there. No one ever called to explain or reschedule. Now we are waiting 3 weeks for a reschedule. Rooms to go simply doesn't care what your delivery experience is. "It's another departments responsibility" Yada Yada....
