Rocky Top Chrysler Jeep Dodge

Tonight, we just purchased a 2018 Dodge Journey and we are very pleased with our purchase. We were treated so special. The staff did everything they said they would do, without games! We wanted to buy a vehicle and Rocky Top wanted to sell one. We loved buying a car, who can say that? Thank you to everyone who made our experience great, especially the Online Staff and our Salesman, Michael Bomar!

We went in multiple times to get a van and we had a down payment and the agent almost scoffed at how much we had and what we wanted and preceded to complain about the bank we had secured our financing through. Horrible experience. Came back a couple days later to see an expected arrival and no one wanted our money apparently because we walked around the lot for an hour getting in and out of vehicles and NO ONE (of the many apparently available people) even said hello or can I help you. It's not like we were dressed like the Clampets or anything. We went to Right Price Auto (On Chapman) who had a fully loaded van with more amenities than what we were expecting for the same amount that Rocky Top wanted for the same year base model that has a dent in the trunk lid. And Right Price actually acted like they cared and we were DONE in the same time it took us wondering around Rocky Top. Rocky Top, you'll never get my money! I'd rather drive to Knoxville!
