I bought house that Robert Shaw was selling, and he failed to disclose that their was a structural issue causing us a lot of water damage. When we told him about the issue, he told us "that was part of the house buying process." As a realtor and a seller you are suppose to disclose such things.. he refused to help us pay for it. Needless to say, he knew about the damages, we have pictures where the ceiling had been replaced in our kitchen due to water damage (was not disclosed) and when we ripped apart our roof, there was buckets to help collect the water!!!!!!!!! Gee, what a great person/realtor... You would think someone who has a reputation to protect selling houses, would disclose such expensive destruction. Or even admit fault, and take some sort of responsibility. Hope no-one else gets fooled, and has to pay 5-10 thousand dollars worth of expenses shortly after moving into their home!
