If you are using this company, I hope everything goes smoothly, because if you have any issues, you may get treated horribly, as I was. The owner, Doug, presented himself as a very arrogant, hostile person. I couldn't believe how unprofessional he was! I also spoke with another person by phone who said he was the other owner. He wasn't as rude as Doug, but he wasn't helpful either. He acted as though he just didn't care. I believe one of the most important factors to running a business is how you treat your customers when there is an issue. It's easy to act appropriately when everything goes smoothly, but true character and professionalism really shows and stands out when an issue needs to be addressed. The way you treat customers matters!
