Plumb Rite of East Tennessee

I was assigned this company through a home warranty agency. At first, everything was fine and they were very professional. Until it came to the time in which I needed my issue fixed. The two “technicians” that were sent to my house repeatedly tried to tell my my leak was coming from my hot water heater tank. I’m not a plumber, however, I knew that was not the case. After they left, i noticed my hot water heater had been moved. They told me to call the owner because they couldn’t fix my issue- when I did- he said he would call me back. It’s been a week and a half and I still haven’t received a returned phone call, but what I did receive was a downstairs full of water (coming from the hot water tank) due to something the “technicians” have messed up during their visit. NOW- I have two plumbing issues- one caused by ignorance and poor professionalism. Luckily, I have found a different service provider that is much more willing to help.
