I order from them all the time, mostly due to a surgery I had over a year ago and it was hard to get out. They were always very nice and from being a pizza delivery driver at 16, now over 40,lol, I just want everyone to know that they charge a small delivery fee at purchase, but it doesn't go to drivers; so i think if they are nice and deserve a tip, that goes to the actual driver, that its nice to tip them. They are still serving ya.
Anyway, I used to wonder when I first moved to Brainerd what to order and when. But this pizza Hut has never let me down and now I'm hungry so, who knows, I just might hav e to order. I will add another company that I will remain anonymous, but who have been rude to us in the past on more than one event. Made me realize that customer service is hard to get anymore, so I'm happy when I get it.
I was looking at some of the negative remarks from an unnamed user. At least these people are working! Just because they have an accent, doesn't make them bad, cause for a pizza, I happen to love the thin crust, mom like the thick crust. Lol.
