Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

I understand that this place hasn't been open for long, but dinner last night was a disaster. I ordered the cajun chicken breast with green beans and a baked potato. The chicken was cold and tasted like plastic, the green beans were ice cold and had no flavor, and only one half of my baked potato was cooked through. We ordered the chocolate chip cookie sundae for dessert and the cookie was hard. We stood in the line to pay for 15 minutes although there were only two people ahead of us. I do hope that they can get more organized.
