Payless Optical

Extremely unprofessional and after 23 days still have no product. The office is extremely dirty. The staff is confused and rude. The doctor is terrible and lacks communication skills and then gets angry and yells when you attempt to get a product such as glasses or contacts. Blows my mind they are running a business. I will never be back and upset I wasted my insurance on this place. Lesson learned! I will be reaching out to payless optical the company as well explaining my situation in deeper detail. This is madness and ridiculous.
