Went in for 9 balloons purchased and filled... Staff of 3 people looked at us without any greeting and after requesting balloons and fill ups they filled 15 other balloons for an order that was not present or waiting.
Filled them and ran the hellium out of the system. Disappeared to switch tanks and 15 min later filling resumed.
Not a great experience Party City.
