Me and my roommate tried to order a couple pizzas over the phone from this location. We were told the order would take 20 min. We showed up 40 minutes later after a long day of work just wanting to pick up our pizzas and head home. There wasn't another customer in the store. Three older women were working behind the counter and when we gave her the name our order was under she replied in a rude tone that they are "working on that." Me and my buddy looked at each other in shock that we were getting attitude from her and the woman began to take a crust out and start or pizzas. I looked at my buddy and quietly asked if he'd like to just go somewhere else. But before he could answer me the older manager started screaming at us telling us to leave her store. It was very uncomfortable and rather shocking. I don't understand how people like this work in customer service jobs.
