Papa John's Pizza

Since moving to Memphis I haven't ordered from my old standby PapaJ's. My first order was outstanding and I filled out a PPJ survey indicating the same. The following week I was offered a Papa rewards special. Along with the special PPJ reward points, I already had a "free" pizza on the account. So I ordered a pizza and garlic knots. What a waste. Knot only do they knot know how to make PPJ knots, the pie sucked. Both are in the trash. Need I say more? I cancelled my rewards account!

Under staffed and poor service. We were told to wait 15 minutes and call back. Went through this 4 times and the pizza was good when it arrived. You get better service from a gas station. Literally would never order papa in the Memphis area again. The franchise owner must be a moron.
