Panera Bread

I love panera but this location I’ve received poor customer service twice. It seems that they have no patience for customers at the register and I feel like I’m more of a bother than a paying customer. I don’t know if it’s managed poorly or what but it’s not like any other panera I’ve been to.

Worst customer service. Waited 15 minutes (while on my lunch break of 30 min. , 3pm in the afternoon)for a bowl of soup. Asked for an extra piece of bread and was told I would then need to wait in line again.
