O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

Mediocre server. Was in restaurant for over an hour before our food came. Spoke with manager and he was understanding and nice about it. Never had this issue at O'Charley's before. Very disappointed.

Thought I would run to the curb side. Due to lack of time to find I wasted more. No one answers when I call ..Put on hold 2 times to be cut off. 3 Rd try success¡! Waited at curb for food..Someone in hostess areas ...Waiter outside on phone .No one in curbside area at all . By the way parking lot basically empty today at 230p... Finally I go in ...2 people in restaurant told me some one would be right with me ! (Cross training seems needed) finally some one comes to Cub counter, I pay for my food and find my food at been sitting by register entire time. I came to this conclusion when I get home and my fries are cold .. fish over coated and cold tartersause warm and runny! I would not advise ocharley's in Franklin!!!!
