If you're looking for someone to smile at you while they take advantage of you and lie to get you to sign a contract, then you're in the right place. One of the absolute worst companies i've had to deal with to date. I know this is going to sound like a rant from an annoyed customer, but please take this review seriously as I am not manipulating any of the details to make them sound any worse than they are. Also the clubs, even though they do have the same name and same owners and same contracts and same accounts, are not connected so don't expect to be able to get into another after signing up at one (you know, like every other gym in the history of time). Not willing to budge on "policy" or work with their loyal customers who keep them in business. You'll get a nice and friendly "sorry there's nothing we can do" from them. That's about it. The manager was very willing to use the old "I wasn't there so I can't comment on this" when confronting them about a lie one of the sales reps told. As well as the "well you've already signed a contract so there's nothing we can do" and will refuse to let you out even if you did sign under false pretenses. They even suggested I keep my current contract (because they refused to let me out of it) and sign an additional contract to get what i was looking for (meaning two contracts and more than twice the monthly fee). I mean the audacity you have to have to say that to someone in a friendly and serious tone is beyond anything I can comprehend. Have you no moral compass? Are you that willing to step on people and take advantage of them? I assure you that you will end up having an issue with this club at some point during your membership. A company with this kind of business practices should not be allowed to continue to exist. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else so this company can deteriorate into the disgusting scum of the earth that it so perfectly embodies.
I went there today. There was a staff at the help desk who was rude. I asked him about the pool time, when I walked in, so I wouldn't interfere with their work. At 11:30, as I was about to come out from the pool, the same staff came up to me and said, "hey, 11:30" and looked down on me all annoyed. I told him I am coming out. I already had my goggles off, trying to turn the mp3 off, that takes literally less than a minute! He said "11:30" again annoyed and irritated. This is why I give NFC a one star. I know other staffs are nice, but shouldn't they ALL be nice? Isn't that what all the customer service is going for? It's not like I created a ruse and made scene. Then why should I be treated with such disrespectful manner? Is less than a minute, that much of a valuable time that he could die? Would simple, "excuse me, it's 11:30. The pool is closed" that hard to say? I wouldn't expect a smile because he could have had a rough day, but did he have to look all annoyed and irritated? Very disappointed.
