I went in to get a refill and I had coffin shaped nails already. The nail tech asked how much I paid extra for the shape at another salon in Clarksville (NailTrix). She told me salons normally charge extra, she asked me did I want my nails cut down which she said was free and she could preserve the coffin shape. She was so busy downing nail trix she did a horrible job on my nails. She charged me for a fill in, cut down, and gel which was really acrylic labeled gel powder. She messed up the shape of my nails and also painted them very sloppily. I will not be going back.
