This is the most sorry experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I came in to get my dip removed and after having a chair pointed to for me to sit in and left to my own devices with a bowl of acetone and cotton balls for 25 minutes, someone came over and filed my nails into the most jagged things I’ve ever seen. I’m rushing to Walgreens now to buy files and buffers to try and fix this MESS myself. NEVER going back!!
