So we had this option done because we couldn't have our engineered wood floors sanded and weren't ready to spend $5000 replacing the floors. For $550 it shined the floors and that's about it. We won't use them again.
As for the service they were good hence the average rating. They showed up almost on time but called when they were lost. They cleaned up after themself.
