Poor service after the sale.
Nothing but a hassle so far trying to get our countertop installed. For 3 days in a row (so far) we have waited at home for the installer who never shows up. No one contacts us until we call to find out what's going on and then we reschedule for another day of waiting around for nothing. They must know they have us over a barrel since it took no time for them to demo the old countertop and we have already made the down payment. Very disappointing.
