My son was sick and we needed to run to Walgreens clinic. Had to spend 8 of my last 10 dollars to park here.
Went in to Walgreens and they didn't have a clinic. I was parked in the lot for maybe 5 minutes.
The machine had a refund button, but it was only for show, as it did nothing when it was pushed.
I talked to the associate there and all she could say it's "we don't do refunds".
"I was only here for 5 minutes"
"we don't do refunds"
"But I'll have to take him somewhere else and can't afford parking elsewhere because of the few minutes I was here!"
"we don't do refunds"
"But there's a button for refunds!"

She was incredibly rude and ive never seen such blatant disrespect from a business.
The whole transaction left me angry and I'll do anything to avoid using their parking lots again.
