Today I called to see if my mother's prescription was ready. It's already 2 weeks late. Lady named Kourtney said they had to order it and to hold while she checked to see when it would be in. 11 minutes of hold, ringing, hold, hold. RIDICULOUS. I'll encourage my 80 year old mother to switch to Walgreens in Jamestown where the customer service rocks!
