So, I walked in and ordered a kids meal. Cheeseburger with ketchup only. The service was good awful. It was a male with red hair, young guy, whom had no care in the world. I walked out with my granddaughter sat her in the vehicle so she eat. To my surprise it was a chicken sandwich with ketchup, she was upset.so I walked in and explain what occurred. Keep in mind I had my receipt and the receipt on the wrapper stated cheeseburger. He laughs walks away, no apology, no excuse me. Hands me another wrapped burger, now I should of checked it but I didn't. Got to the car, and it was the wrong order. It now contained onions and mustard. So, I walked back in he grabbed the sandwich and turned to his co worker said something sarcastic and laughed. I Vicky the older lady said she will report him to the manager, so we shall see. What happened to professionalism?
