This is the most ungrateful McDonald's ever! I was here a few months ago and the lady at the speaker could not hear me. I had to repeat myself 3 times before she finally told me to pull to the window. That was after she yelled at me through the speaker because I was yelling to get my order heard the third time. Rather than me pull forward, I backed up and called the store to ask the manager what the problem was and why the drive-thru employee was so rude. The manager told me that if I did not have a real complaint to not call them. Of course that pissed me off. I went into the store with my phone in hand and recorded video the entire time. The female employee came from around the counter and unbuttoned her uniform shirt and removed it telling me that she isn't a manager yet and that I needed to leave or she would take me out. Since then, that employee no longer works at this location. Of course that's what they say but I don't know for sure. I will not be back there. Evidently the girl had hearing problems. That's what I was told by the manager in the store. Who puts someone with hearing problems in a Drive-Thru with a set of headphones to take orders? No wonder she couldn't hear me... McDonald's has turned into an absolute joke in this entire area in Putnam County. This is obviously a problem higher up in the ranks that's trickled down to the bottom.
