Tired of the recording, just wanted to know why they would send a renewal of drivers license to my 84 year old Mother, with no information on here to change it to a photo ID? She uses a walker, and her legs are numb from knees to toes. She only needs a photo ID! How ever from the time we moved here from Florida in 2009 the office here in Columbia is the most friendly place, everyone has always been kind. But you have to go there to get a question asked?
