Wonderful company with awesome staff and superb customer service. Will most definitely use them again.

Mahaffey was the only option for tents at MIM. When we arrived they had the flooring in the wrong place. We also had an early check out for Saturday night since we have a long drive home. Texted called and emailed. Finally got a response that they would be down on Saturday night. Never showed nor let us know they weren't going to show. Ended up finally showing up at 1 on Sunday afternoon. Totally not impressed. Not responsive, bad communication and total lack of customer service. I wouldn't rent a pup tent from these guys. Worst experience I have had with a company. Would give a zero but that isn't an option.
