We've been using M&W drilling for the past year and a half, for dozens of sites. We've paid our invoices in full and in 30 days or less.
We had a small batch of 4 sites for them to drill. We coordinated access with them, called in utility locates, and provided site specific work plans. When we call to check up on the progress of the sites after a month had passed since we received quotes and got them scheduled, we were informed that they haven't drilled these sites, and don't intend to drill them.
We received no phone calls, emails, nothing to let us know they weren't going to do the work.
