Lusso Granite, Inc.

A year ago we had Lusso Granite redo our island, which is very large and "L" shaped, and they were actually able to do it all in one piece. They also did our matching counter top. This weekend (Saturday) we stopped by for an additional counter top quote as we added an additional cabinet. They showed up on Monday to do the measurements and bring samples to make sure it matched. Said they would be there by Friday to install, as we had to have an evening appointment. Then called us on Tuesday to say they would be able to come out Wednesday evening instead (2 days early!!). Great customer service and very professional. Would use them again and again!!

Very poor customer service. Came out and measured and then never called back or would return our phone calls.
