My husband and I went to Lowe's today, and were lucky enough to find flooring we wanted for 50% off. We went to an associate and obtained an invoice stating that we would pick up the flooring later this week, as we did not have a proper vehicle to bring our purchase home. When getting to the register, the associate told us we were unable to pay the clearance price unless we took it home with us immediately. We tried to explain that we did not have the means, to which she was unhelpful in trying to compromise. Incredibly upset, I went over to customer service. Adam, an associate there, was helpful and efficient in getting a manager present. Sarah, the manager, was also incredibly helpful and patient as I explained our problem. Overall, this trip could've ended with a headache and frustration, but thanks to Adam and Sarah, we will be continuing to go to Lowe's for our home improvement needs
I had a very pleasant visit to Lowe's yesterday. I needed some very specific adapter parts to retro fit an instant hot water heater to existing pex connections on my fifth wheel RV. The plumbing department was as it always seems to be very busy, but after waiting and working at determining a solution to the adapter situation a bit myself, Al one of the plumbing professionals very graciously assisted me in finding the correct adapters. Lowe's employee's are to be thanked for providing most excellent customer service once again.
