Dear Lowes. Thank you! Not for being a huge multi-millon-dollar chain but thank you for creating a team at the Smyrna Lowes that truly values people! There are so many people that I know at Lowe's on a first-name basis that really want to take care of me. Heather and Jay at pro desk are amazing at trying to do everything they can for their customers. Matt who used to work in flooring but I think he works somewhere else now but always finds himself back in flooring is incredible and patient with helping the customer find what they truly want and need. The ladies at the customer service desk who make returns truly hassle-free. You really have no idea how awesome it feels knowing I can buy something at Lowe's and if I'm not happy bring it back and no one gives me a hard time about it. I have been a Lowe's customer Faithfully for 7 years now. My stores were first the one in Hermitage Tennessee and now that I live in Smyrna I go to the one in Smyrna. The dedication from Management and the willingness to please customers at both locations have been conducted with excellence. Every time I use one of your sub-contractors on a project it is always completed on time and done with excellence and true craftsmanship. The Lowe's credit card gives me the option to complete projects without such a financial burdensome and I truly appreciate how this company takes care of me. I thank God for Lowe's!
