Little Caesars Pizza

We were staying at the Wilderness at the Smokies on Spring Break and decided to pick up pizza from this Little Caesar's location. I tried calling before leaving but nobody picked up the phone. When I arrived, there were about 5 people waiting, and I was told it would be a 20-minute wait for a "Hot-n-ready" pizza. So much for hot and ready! People were coming in who had called in orders and were told that they would still have to wait the same amount of time as people who just walked in. It was complete chaos and the employees all seemed really stressed out. I don't know what went wrong and/or if this is usual at this location, but we will not go there ever again. I'd rather have paid 3 times the price for the pizza at the resort!

Pizza was good. Wait was horrific. 35+ minutes then they gave 1 of the 2 pizzas we ordered to someone else so we waited even longer...
