Purchased a bottle of liquor on Saturday, liquor had huge white lumps. Returned to the store on Saturday and was advised by young gentleman that Manager would not be in until Monday and that I would have to bring it back then for a refund. Came in on Monday, same young guy called Manager and told him I was there, spoke with the guy on the phone and he says that he leaves at 12pm and that in orders for me to get a refund I'll have to come back before noon on Tuesday. Horrible customer service-how can you sell something that is spoiled but only one person able to give a refund???? Never again!!!!
