Life Care is the best skilled nursing facility we have ever experienced. My father had spent months under care at a separate facility - dubbed "the best" and located in Cool Springs. His stay there included multiple falls, being dropped by staff members during transitions, a MRSA infection and a complete lack of progress. After his 5th hospital stay, we switched him to Life Care Center of Hickory Woods. WOW! The difference was incredible. The facility is so clean, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, his room was comfortable and the food is delicious. They cared for him like everyone would want their loved ones cared for during their time of need. He never needed another hospitalization. I cannot say enough good things about Life Care of Hickory Woods.
