My wife called to see if they had any motocross hats in stock. The man told her he needed a model number and that he didn't have time to look through the hats. She said she was just looking for a KTM Redbull hat for our upcoming trip to Atlanta, nothing specific. He then proceeded to tell her motocross hasn't even started... which it had. There was no reason to be rude and short. Also there was no reason to argue about when motocross starts. I just wanted a hat. What makes me the most upset is that he said he didn't have time to do his job basically. I will be going else where that is for sure.
